Our COVID-19 Coronavirus Response and Readiness

Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,

Like you, we are continually following the reports about the COVID-19 coronavirus and the threat it poses to our health, our community, and our livelihoods. We are reaching out today to let you know what we are doing to provide our clients with continuity of service. Our goal is to keep you informed of how we are managing our business operation and maintaining our commitment to client service.

Our plan is to keep our Denver and Colorado Springs offices open and operational. If it becomes necessary to close the office, all our administrative and sales staff have the ability to work remotely. We are committed to continuing to work with our clients in a responsive and timely way, as well as to keeping our employees safe.  Our technicians will continue to be there in all of your service needs, taking a few extra precautions to sanitize equipment and maintain a little extra space.

Like many other businesses, we are striving to protect our staff and customers by curtailing travel and meeting/conference attendance, implementing enhanced cleaning and providing sanitizing products, facilitating social distancing, when possible and increase communications through phone/online meetings. Please let us know of other ways in which we might collaborate with you and your organization to keep things running smoothly.

We will continue to closely track the guidance issued by Federal, state and local authorities at the recommendation of the CDC and WHO. As the situation evolves, we will update you with any changes to our current approach.

Please direct any specific questions you may have to the ABP team member with whom you regularly work. You are also welcome to contact Mike Piche, our President, or Flori Dickson, our director of administration.

Sincerely,
Paul Archer
